When will my order ship?
SSV Company provides free delivery throughout Yerevan for orders over 10,000 ֏. Delivery outside Yerevan is not available. For pickup, your order will be ready for delivery within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number via email.
Go to the "Track Order" page, enter your number and click «Submit».
The delivery status will be updated automatically as your order moves through our services.
Delivery time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery is made within 24 hours of payment. Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day.
Tracking
After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number. To monitor your shipment’s progress, go to our "Track Order" Go to the Track Order page, enter your tracking number and submit. Real-time status updates will be shown as your package moves through our delivery network.
